(PICS WIF GRANDMASTERS-CHINA N INDIA) I was thrilled to be selected for GACC(world inter-varsity chess championship),however tentative ,I waited for what? I didnt know yet. It was my first day as newcomer in DTI(desasiswa tun. Got ismail), so I was very anxious to fit in. After being introduced to a boy named lokman, I bravely put on a smile. After the 4days training of an abandoned group,5 of us boarded the bus heading to UM .Got off the bus, relief to see such gigantic sky-scraper again. We got into our room after the registration was done, seeing MMU guys started their training in the room, a few tantalizing sips gradually abolish. During the first night, I strolled along a winding path, outside was light and balmy, participants were having supper. More astonished, I met blur, not my rival but my old friend, a friend that used to be my chess team during my pathetic moment in mrsm. I petrified, he was able to make it here, to the international level, delegating UON. He kidded me "i hope you were my rival"." never ". I assured him inwardly. After that I strode to introduce myself 2 teh`s brother. The next day, the rival news intrigued everyone despite that 4 me it was pathetic, my first rival was grandmaster from china, a national player, a rated player!!omg..however I sigh, knowing the lose is inevitable. Eventually, the desperation abated, the closing ceremony at the grand ballroom of the legend hotel KL.ok, nothing to be stated solely everyone was gorgeous and after the fabulous presentation and the delicious meal..we take pics!
